Students are expected to follow GG Tuition policies regarding enrolment, scheduling and conduct. These help ensure a fair, productive and consistent experience for all students.
Kindly read the full Enrolment Policy and Enrolment Contract.
Lessons cannot be cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the lesson time unless exceptional circumstances apply. If you miss this window, the lesson will be charged in full, and any additional rebookings will be considered a new lesson. This policy protects time availability, as all lessons are prepared and personalised in advance.
Students may reschedule up to two lessons per term only. Any additional cancellations will be forfeited and still charged, as the weekly time slot is reserved exclusively for that student to protect scheduling availability.
Kindly note that students are responsible for rescheduling their lessons.
The GG Tuition Learning Handbook is provided to all students and parents to guide how we learn together. It explains my evidence-based, student-centred tuition pedagogy, helping students understand how and why they learn, covering:
Practical strategies to overcome common learning challenges.
Reflective questions to build confidence, independence, and strong study habits.
Guidance on using feedback to develop insight, resilience, and long-term skills.
The handbook supports sustainable academic growth with clear expectations, high but achievable standards, and tools for meaningful progress.
You can provide feedback at any time by completing via email or through the Lesson Feedback Form.
Please contact with any specific comments or concerns.
